All sales are conducted online, there is NO walk-in location. A HANDLING FEE will be added in shipping to every invoice. These costs cover boxes, tape, bags, shipping labels, etc...
We try very hard to find the BEST, AFFORDABLE, HIGH QUALITY products. If you have an interest in something, please message us directly & we will do our best to find these products.
PLEASE DO NOT FILE A PAYPAL DISPUTE WITHOUT CONTACTING US! Your item may be in transit to us and will lock our accounts. We will be happy to help you sort out the issue.
Q: If something goes wrong with my order who do I contact?
A: Any questions or concerns regarding item, shipping cost, missing items…. etc. needs to be done via telephone or email to whichever location took or filled your order.
Q: Is there a buyers remorse/return period on items
A: You are given 10 days from the day you receive your items to examine them. If there is a problem with your order, notify us immediately so we can make it right. If you receive the size you ordered and it does not fit, we will not refund you. Please check size charts or ask for measurements before ordering.
Q: How long will it take to receive a pre-order item?
A: Shipping times from suppliers will vary. We will relay the info given at the time of ordering/interest. If a shipment is delayed or takes longer than expected this is something we cannot control. You can expect BUY-IN items a turnaround of 2-6 weeks!!! If items do not come in when expected, PLEASE DO NOT BLAME US! We want to deliver these items just as much as you want them! REFUNDS will be given only if the product has not arrived within 60 days!
Q: What is a BUY-IN?
A: A Buy-in is a group of people going in together to insure the best price possible. Buy-ins tend to take longer to receive, please allow 2-6 weeks on these items!!
Q: How long will it take my order to ship out?
A: Once we receive items, please allow 10 days for processing and getting items to you! Times may vary depending item quantities, and shipping method. For RTS ITEMS (ready to ship) please allow 5 Business days or less to process your order to be shipped.
